Just An Ordinary Day

I like to imagine the way an ordinary day might begin…

I rise and prepare a bath before gently waking you at the requested hour. Breakfast would be served in bed, but if the day was particularly fine, I'll have it waiting for you outside on the terrace under the canopy of Weeping Oak tree with fresh coffee and the morning paper waiting on the table.
After breakfast I will say be waiting.
On a good day, we'll sit together to discuss the day's appointments and obligations so that you can determine the best use of my time. On good days there could even be the promise of rewards like a night out on the town with theater tickets.
On a bad day however, I'll be told to go 'down stairs'.
For me, this instruction unfolds like a macro. I go down to the basement where, in the sumptuously appointed marble bathroom, I perform my daily ablutions. Unfortunately, under these circumstances there will be no time for a relaxing sauna so once I am out of the shower and am completely dry, I make my way to the exercise room where I stand waiting for her arrival.
I'm directed to climb onto the bench encouraged by your paddle. I climb onto it resting my knees on fixed pads, my legs well apart and then I lie down along its entire length. In this position I am unable to clench my buttocks. I slip my hands into the large leather gloves that are permanently affixed to the bench's legs. Once my hands are inside them, I am unable to clench my fists. My calves and thighs are secured with straps. A wide leather halter is laid across my back, threaded though a buckle and cinched in tight. Finally, I feel your hand upon my shoulder and I know what is to follow.
I have never counted the number of times I have spanked. So many strokes! Never too many she says! Hurting so much so that tears are often unavoidable. Cathartic, cleansing, calming tears that pass quickly. She knows when she has given me enough. Only then, will she stop and release me.
I will carry the fiery welts with me all day as a reminder of your love and understanding.
Who knows, today might even begin this way...
