Mary’s Misunderstanding

(This story is set in Goodgulf’s ‘returnee’ World. )

Mary White had been looking forward to this moment. For two years Abigail had taunted her niece.

Abigail was 20. She had used ever opportunity to make sarcastic comments about her older niece.

The returnee contract was signed and had now been registered under California’s new laws. Mary knew things would change. The first step was to make the relationship visible. So they went to a specialist clothing shop. Mary was a little disappointed that Abigail had no make-up. She had visions of taking the new ‘child’ to the restroom to have her make-up ceremonially scrubbed off.

Ms West seemed very helpful. Of course she started by suggesting the skirt, socks and blouse style, to turn the new ‘child’ into girl in early teens. Mary had not been happy. She asked about jumper style dresses.

Mary insisted on younger and younger styles. The one she had just held against Abigail was clearly styled for a first grader.

Ms West next showed returnee style panties. Mary seemed to have settled on a pair in thick cotton with Minnie Mouse cartoons. The experienced clerk almost jokingly asked

“Sure you do not think the returnee needs diapers?”

Mary thought for a few seconds.

“I will keep that as an option if she is super naughty.”

Mary noticed Abigail seeming to move away slowly, towards the exit.

Ms West asked:

“Would you want assistance from the staff if the returnee proves resistant?”

Mary nodded. The clerk clarified.

“We would need to see ID both for the returnee and senior partner and also the contract.”

Ms West walked over to Abigail. She took her hand. The 20 year old looked reluctant but allowed herself to be walked into the large changing room.

Mary showed her the two drivers’ licences and the returnee contract. She checked carefully

“Mary White, have you had full time job in the last 12 months.”

The 31 year old was not quite clear why she was being asked the question. She had lived on her inheritances and on the divorce settlement. She had given time to her Grandmother and child. She responded

“Err no.”

Then the sales clerk checked the details of the other signatory.

“Ms Caldwell, have you worked 20 hours a week and earned over $20 000 in the last year.”

The 20 year old beamed:

“Of course.”

Mary was surprised. She had in fact not known what her apparently adolescent aunt did. Mary had spent her time nagging her own child, Beth, whilst spending her nights in bars and clubs.

“Can you prove that Vickie?”

Victoria Caldwell smiled at her niece

“I just did my taxes.”

She showed the 31 year old her forms.

Ms West read the contract. She looked:

“You are Mary White?”

She was starting to get impatient but nodded.

“You, Victoria Caldwell?”

The younger woman nodded. The store clerk re checked.

“It says here that Victoria Caldwell is the senior partner and Mary White the junior one.”
Mary stamped her foot.

“Hey this is wrong!”

Victoria said:

“I READ what I signed Mary. You are going to look SOOO cute in that jumper.”

Mary walked towards the door of the changing room. As she opened it Ms West yelled

“A new returnee is being difficult!”

A mother and two other clerks grabbed Mary and dragged her into the changing room.

Victoria asked:

“Are you going to be a good girl and undress yourself, Mary?”

Again she stamped her feet

“This is all wrong. We both knew what Gran meant when she put a returnee clause in her will.”

Mary tried to fold her arms. She was overpowered quite easily. In the next 10 minutes she was undressed by force.

The fight had gone out of her as she felt the harness flatten her chest. Mary planned to run to the lawyer, across the street, as soon as they were finished in the store. So she did not resist the cartooned panties covering her butt, the short pink and white socks and the flat sandals.

As soon as the sandals were buckled Mary ran as if her life depended on it. She crossed the road and demanded the receptionist call Sharon Williams.

Victoria waited just outside the door of the lawyers offices. After 45 minutes Ms Williams saw the young lady.

“You screwed up. It says I am the junior partner. You know that was not what was meant.”

Sharon looked at her.

“You signed where it said ‘junior partner’. The agreement was spelled out. Have you been in employment in the last year. In fact to save money you brought the agreement to us printed from the net. I explained it you signed.”

Whilst this was going on Victoria was chatting on her cell phone to her great niece Beth. The 13 year old had changed the places of the names before her Mom had printed the returnee contract.

Both Victoria and Beth knew how poor Mary’s eyesight was.

Beth’s mom was always forgetting where she put contact lenses. It was easy to hide them. And of course Mary White was not going to be seen in those ridiculous glasses.

The names for signature were in big bold lettering. The words senior and junior partner in the same font as the rest of the contract.

To prevent disputes California had passed a law. Such contracts were to be witnessed and registered.

Sharon Williams signed to confirm that she had witnessed both signature and had used her computer to register the deal.

Mary did not know that Sharon was a friend of Victoria Caldwell. Victoria was a very efficient waitress. She listened and understood. She had made so much money in tips that she became a partner in the coffee shop.

Victoria had talked to the lawyer about the reference to a ‘returnee contract’. Her mom had told her about the will. Victoria was especially interested in the circumstances which California law allowed for the junior party to suspend and end the contract. If the junior partner had either maintained a’ b’ average in a full time college degree or masters college course for six months or been in full time paid employment for 3 months she could legally suspend the contract.

After a further 3 months full time employment or 6 months successful college the junior partner could end the contract.

Two hours earlier Sharon had carefully explained the terms. They included the basis for either partner ending the contract. She also explained the disciplinary provisions. They were as extreme as was possible. Bare bottom spanking with any implement was permitted. The senior partner was also permitted to restrain the junior one if discipline was needed and the junior partner resisted. The senior partner had full authority over issues around clothing bedtimes and any other issues.

Sharon then explained

“The Contract is binding. I can do nothing. I think I should text your guardian.”

Victoria walked in.

“I think someone needs a spanking.”

Victoria grabbed her older niece’s hand and pulled her towards the rest room. Mary tried both physical resistance and persuasion.

She found that her younger relative was indeed capable of pulling her physically. She said

“Vicky, a joke’s a joke but this must stop.”

Victoria pulled Mary’s arms behind her back

“Your behaviour is not a joke.”

The plastic cuffs did their work. Victoria then led the confused frightened 31 year old into the rest room by the ear.

The next 15 minutes felt like hours or days to Mary

She was over her young auntie’s knees. Her childish dress slowly lifted. She felt and saw in the mirror first Victoria’s fingers in the band of her infantile panties and then the panties coming down

WHAP WHAP WHACK!

“Mary..”

Victoria enjoyed the sense of power as she felt her older niece’s helpless struggle and ineffective involuntary kicking

Sharon Williams had some need for the rest room. She decided now as good a time as any. She took a detached professional interest as the terms of the contract she had witnessed were applied.

Mary’s tears really damaged her carefully applied make-up. Victoria then scrubbed the rest off. Next Victoria took a bar of soap, ran water over it and ordered her niece to open her mouth.

By this time Mary was so defeated she obeyed

Victoria left her niece’s arms restrained behind her as she walked her across the street by her ear.

She asked Ms West to show the new returnee diapers and toddler clothes. Mary was scared as she saw how visible the diapers would be. Then she explained that if Mary were difficult with babysitters Victoria would buy such an ensemble for her.

The soap stayed in Mary’s mouth for her trip to the hairdresser. Her blond dye was removed. The hair cut a little. She left the place with mousy hair in pig tails with pink and white ribbon bows.

Mary had one more shock coming. When she got home Victoria introduced her to her baby sitter. Beth, aged 13 would babysit her aunt when Victoria was out.

This is a good story, but I think you might have made it overly complicated and not spent adequate time explaining things. Also, I believe Abigail and Vickie to be the same character. So I think you may have messed up the names about halfway through.
