He stands before me, laughing. I am powerless before his might. My arms and legs are pinned by his spell; I can barely move.
I made a deal with the devil. The easiest deal of all.
Drums beat, candles burn
Angels tease, demons yearn
Whips crack, bottoms burn
Humans deal, never learn
It had seemed a romantic setting as the sun set over the river. We had explored the ruined chapel, and picnicked under the tree growing up within it before a soft mist had risen from the river. Now though all traces of romance are swept away by darkness. The ruined chapel is a twisted parody of its former self. Roof long gone, it is open to the elements. And elemental beasts untold.
I struggle to move my head to look at her. I know she is beside me, my love. Yet I cannot move a muscle. The demon has us under his spell. Oh, how did I get us into this?
Drums beat, candles burn
Angels tease, demons yearn
Whips crack, bottoms burn
Humans struggle, held firm
The demon taunts me about what he will do with her. I beg him to whip me instead, but he knows this will hurt me more. He moves away and is replaced by a vision of dark, dangerous beauty. Fluttering her eyelashes at me it is clear she wants something quite different from the demon.
I hear the crack of the whip, and then again. At the third her scream slices through me.
Drums beat, candles burn
Demons strike, angels squeal
Whips crack, bottoms burn
Humans scream, long to heal
Seeing my torment, the dark angel flutters her wings and flips upside down. Her needs are clear as she clamps her legs around my head, forcing me to indulge her pleasure. She is feeding off my pain.
The screams are muffled now, seeming almost distant. My own torment is suddenly increased as I feel a tongue working on me. I don’t want to give her the satisfaction! Yet, slowly, inexorably she is coaxing me towards an unwanted climax.
Drums beat, candles burn
Demons strike, angels squeal
Whips crack, bottoms burn
Men pleasured, against their will
I wake suddenly. For some reason unknown I feel insanely guilty. I also know I have made a decision: I will not accept the money from the loan shark. No matter what.
A deal with the devil. The hardest deal of all.
The sound of drums grows gradually fainter.
